From The Mouth of Al Beers:
"I believe what others have to say about you is far more meaningful to a potential client than anything I could say. So please read what other have had to say about doing business with me."

Al,
I have nothing but good things to say about the help I received from Al in selling my house for me. He went "above and beyond the call" in helping me, and kept me up to date every week on the progress. I would recommend Al and his company to anyone.
P.S. Thanks for everything!

Al,
It was a pleasure working with Al Beers concerning the selling of my mother's home. The whole process went smooth.
Thank you, Sam Fenig Walker Valley, NY
Al,
I have known Al Beers for over 9 years. We are in the BNI organization (Business Networking International) together and see each other at BNI meetings on a weekly basis. We refer clients to each other, and I have used Al's carpet cleaning and dyeing services for these five years. When I recommend him, I always know his clients will receive professional, dependable, and reliable service.
Continuing education is very important to Al. He always has at least one field of study on daily basis that will help him grow his business, become more stable, learn to market even better, invest better - generally become an excellent business entrepreneur on all levels. He is excellent at organizing and setting priorities.
If I had the available funding, I would certainly be interested in working closely with Al in any type of business, for I know he would only do business in a strongly ethical, organized, and professional manner.
On a personal level, Al and I meet to discuss business issues and often attend some of the same classes. He is very committed to growing on a personal level. I often see his wife and children and know his family is very supportive of his business - a critical issue for an entrepreneur! He is an excellent father and very supportive husband.
Please feel free to contact me at any time if you would like further information. As you can tell from this letter, I think extremely highly of Al on both a professional and a personal level.
Sincerely.

Al,
I am writing this letter to offer my perspective on Mr. Alfred Beers III. I have had the opportunity to work closely with Al on a variety of projects and have spent many hours with Al and his family. Al has always been attentive to detail, a stickler for accuracy, and determined to get the job done. Most importantly, Al makes it fun.
In the more than thirty years I have known Al, he has proven to be honest, dependable and a fully capable man. He has an outstanding work ethic and a genuine concern for all those with whom he comes in contact.
Al is an intelligent, focused, and effective man. It is my honor to have him include me as a friend and it is a pleasure to write this small note expressing my feeling.
Sincerely,
John Egan Shohola, PA
Al,
It is my pleasure to introduce you to my oldest son, Al Beers. Obviously, you would expect me to say supportive things about my son and to disregard the one or two things (he!he!he!) that he did that were “naughty” during his growing up years. Let me give you a brief “resume” of his life up to now. He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1981. He worked as a pharmaceutical sales person for a firm in Boston for a few years and moved to a company home based in Minnesota where he sold store fixtures with a consulting overlay. He moved onto another firm based in NYC and worked there until 1995. Tired of working for others, Al had a strong desire to go into business for himself. And, this he did, with a lot of consternation from his father.
Al entered into a franchise agreement with a carpet-dyeing conglomerate based in California, a business that he pioneered in Orange County, and a business that became successful. In time the orientation of his business changed and carpet cleaning utilizing the latest high tech equipment became the focus. Al’s success with this business soared. Restless, he pursued real estate.
You will find Al to be very industrious, highly creative, and honest beyond belief (who would issue a refund on a job almost a year down the road, Al did). He is thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable in this endeavor. In short, you are in extremely capable hands as you explore your real estate venture.
Sincerely,
Alfred M. Beers Jr.(his dad) Bluffton, SC
